Method of cleaning plastic bottles

Plastic bottles can be hard to clean, but if you are interested in recycling them, they have to be cleaned out. Fortunately, there are quite a few quick and easy ways to clean plastic bottles. The methods here are useful for not only cleaning out disposable plastic bottles, but also for cleaning Thermos containers, baby bottles and any other plastic bottle you care to reuse.
We can purchase a good bottle brush, the type that is used to clean baby bottles. There should be a larger brush on one end and a smaller brush on the other. Then place some baking soda and hot water or a mild solution of bleach and water inside the bottle and let it sit. The bleach solution is especially helpful if the bottle has had liquid inside it that has gone bad. Allow the bottle to rest for several hours.
After this pour out the baking soda or bleach solution. Place some soap inside the plastic bottle and fill the bottle with hot water. Work the large end of the baby bottle brush into the bottle if it will fit, and move it around inside the bottle. If the large end of the brush will not fit in the bottle, turn it around and use the small end. And shake the bottle to further work the soapy water around the bottle. Pour out the soapy water and rinse the bottle several times until the soap bubbles are gone. Wash and rinse the outside of the bottle as well with a clean, soapy sponge. Carefully clean out the bottle cap or Thermos cap and cup.Allow the bottle to dry completely before putting the cap back on. Bottle driers are available commercially, and are very useful if you find that you must wash bottles frequently.

Where to buy bottles in small quantity

In food packaging and cosmetics packaging industries, The shortcoming of ignoring small order blocks a lot of potential customers to purchase.

How many small order is ignored by the plastic bottle manufacturer, what caused the whole plastic packaging industry of this threat? Of course, the answer is because of profit.
Small orders without profit is each manufacturer will say. Plastic bottle manufacturer told us: small order unit price the price is high, many suitors also cannot afford to that.
And for plastics manufacturers, the raw material and production process is adopted the same as large order.Factory production machines are generally for large quantities order. Small batch order cost and cost of mass production is the same, so that is is not cost-effective for manufacturer, the regular MOQ is 5000-10000pcs.
But Canvard Packaging International Co.,Ltd as far as possible let more customers can buy more small order of plastic bottle packaging. More information, please visit the official website:

Blow molding process

Blow molding process

Blow molding ( BrE moulding ) is a manufacturing process by which hollow plastic parts are formed. In general, there are three main types of blow molding: extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and injection stretch blow molding. The blow molding process begins with melting down the plastic and forming it into a parison or in the case of injection and injection stretch blow moulding (ISB) a plastic preform. The parison is a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole in one end through which compressed air can pass.

The parison is then clamped into a mold and air is blown into it. The air pressure then pushes the plastic out to match the mold. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened the mold opens up and the part is ejected.

Advantages of offset printing

Unlike screen printing, in offset printing the image of the design is transferred to plates rather than a screen. Each plate is individually engraved for every color used; the ink is then transferred to a rubber “blanket.” Blankets are attached to a rotating wheel, and each blanket contains one color. Whereas in screen printing a separate pass is required for each color, in offset printing, the entire process is done in a single pass. Offset printing can be “dry” or “wet,” which refers to the type of ink used. This method is best-suited to round containers but can be adapted to square or irregularly shaped containers, although production will be at a lower speed.

Offset printers are a simple way of printing a continuous, repeating message on moving products like pipe and tube, metal conduit, and extruded plastics. Standard units print at speeds up to 700 feet/minute (210 meters/minute), and the optional high-speed inking system increases print speed to 1500 ft/min (450 m/min). Character sizes range from 1/16″ to 1″ high (16 to 25 mm).

Advantages of offset printing:
Precise replication of even delicate designs and artwork
When artwork has halftone printing demands
Single-pass application
High-speed production on round containers or plastic and metal tubes
Multi-color capabilities
Direct-to-surface printing

How to make plastic soft tube?

How to make plastic soft tube?

Plastic co extrusion cosmetic tubes take use of the co-extruding technology to squeeze the different kinds of raw material performance, and form at one time.

It can divided into single extrusion tube and multi layer extrusion tube(EVOH).

Single extrusion soft tube is used for the cosmetic brand who wants the good looking of the tube, and no have high quality requirement on the tube, like our hand cream and facial cream.

Multi layer soft tube is used for High-grade cosmetics packaging, or some products have strong function. Like food packaging and hair remover tube.

Advantages of multi layer soft tube:

  • Without the sealed edge, the appearanceof the tube is much better than the composite tube, that is why many high end cosmetics brands like to use this kind of tube.
  • According to the die orifice, It can produce different shape of squeezed tube, like oval shape, round shape, ultra flat tube etc.
