1, Inspection of raw materialsThe first step is to inspect the raw materials used in the production of  bottles. This includes checking the quality of plastic resin, additives, and colorants used in the manufacturing process.
2, Monitoring of manufacturing processThe manufacturing process should be monitored to ensure that it is consistent and free from defects. This can be done through regular visual inspections, measurements, and statistical process control techniques.
3, Testing of finished productsFinished plastic bottles should be tested for various parameters such as dimensional accuracy, weight, wall thickness, and visual defects such as cracks, warping, or discoloration. Testing can be done using specialized equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, gauges, and colorimeters.
4, Quality assurance proceduresQuality assurance procedures should be in place to ensure that the products meet the required standards and specifications. This can include documentation of test results, traceability of materials, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
5, Packaging and storageThe plastic bottles should be packaged and stored properly to prevent damage during transportation and storage. This includes ensuring that the bottles are stacked properly, protected from environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, and labeled with relevant information such as the production date and batch number.
