The working principle of injection molding

Injection molding is the main method of thermoplastic plastic molding

Put granular or powder to the hopper of plastic injection machine. Under the heat circumstance, then melt the materials. And maintain the flow state, and then under a certain pressure, through injection machine nozzle and injection mold gating system, the materials inject into the closed mold,after cooling, molten plastic solidified into the plastic parts.
