PET features

PET plastic material is relatively stable, only at certain wavelengths of ultraviolet (250-350nm) according to the sun, the temperature is higher than 100 ℃,when light reaches 3eV limit actinic it will occur degradation.

PET plastic material does not hydrolyze at room temperature,therefore not afraid of rain and moisture content in the air.
Because PET has good resistance, and thus are not affected by acid rain components.

Biodegradable polyester can be completely degraded in the natural environment and fertilizer yard, Most final decomposed into CO2 and H2O, no secondary pollution.

Blowing process of different plastic material

1,PE bottle blowing ( Much Softer material, with a solid color, once molded product)
2,PP bottle blowing ( Much harder material, with a solid color, once molded product)
3,PET bottle blowing(Good transparency. Belongs to environmentally friendly materials, two molded product)
4,PVC bottle blowing(hard material, not environmental protection,transparency is worse than PET, but brightness is better than PP and PE , currently less used )

Ink Spray painting

The most common used method of spraying the surface of plastic products can be divided into:
A, Ordinary coloring,Such kind of painring mostly spray by hand. it doesnot have strong abrasion, and easy to swap.
B,PU Varnish oil: Spray on the surface of the plastic product after spraying the base oil.In this way, it can achieve the effect of anti rubbing and gloss finish. General home applicances or daily necessities are treated by PU process.
C, UN varnish oil: Spray a layer of UV gloss oil after spraying the base ink. Both the gloss and rubbing can avhieve a good result. General phone mold products and communications products die more with such an approach.

Printing methods on bottles

There are several printing methods to print text or pattern on the surface of plastic products.
1,Silkscreen printing
This method is the most common one, it is generally suitable for flat or curvature of small print .
2,curved surface printing
Firstly put the ink into the gravure that curved with text and pattern, then copy the text or images onto a curved surface, the surface will reuse the text or pattern and transferred to the surface of a molded product, and finally curing the ink by heat treatment or ultraviolet light irradiation method.

Transfer printing
Advantages:It can be administered several colors in a single operation.
Disadvantages:Low productivity and cannot get a strong opacity impression.

Hotstamping:
Under controlled temperature and pressure, using the color foils and heat mould that engraved with patterns or font
